It does not form part of the standard package. We want to ensure that your package fits your needs and requirements. With this package, all your legal cost and any award against you at the Employment Tribunal. The service you receive from us will not be affected by your decision whether or not you purchase the legal expenses insurance cover.
Yes you can. Our strategy is bases on the personal relationship between you and your dedicated advisor, so we put a lot in developing the relationship between your business and your advisor to get the right fit.

We have two packages designed to ensure that our services are accessible to all SMEs. The Starter Rate is available to new businesses with a limited number of staff for a period of 12 months. The Standard Rate is available to all businesses.
Access to an experienced dedicated advisor supported by a team of specialist consultants, by email and on the phone. Starter package also includes updates on HR and employment law development. Contact with the service will be limited to 5 contacts per month. In addition, Starter clients can also access our Employment Tribunal insurance cover for legal cost and awards against client up to £200,000.00.
Unlimited contact with an experienced dedicated advisor and access to our library HR resources, including template letters and policies. Regular updates on HR and employment law issues. In addition, Standard clients can also access our Employment Tribunal insurance cover for legal cost and awards against client up to £200,000.00.
You can upgrade from the Starter pack to the Standard pack at anytime. You can also downgrade from the Standard pack to the Starter pack at anytime provided that you might the criteria for the Starter Pack continually for 3 months.
