Over the past 30 years there has been an increasingly extensive rules placing obligations on employers to prevent discrimination in the workplace.  We will be discussing the development in the area of protection against discrimination, the roles and responsibilities of manager in preventing discrimination at work. this course will cover the impact and effect of the anti-discrimination legislation in the workplace, including issues such as reasonable adjustments, the protected characteristics and potential personal liability attached to managers
